FactF: A good man is a good man, and a bad man is a bad man, just as a good Hebrew is a good Hebrew and a bad one is a bad one. This is vice versa as well. You can go anywhere in the world and see people acting horribly to one another. This is not something new. The difference is the Hebrews shun, reject and denounce those among them who act out of line with the morals of their people. This is also true for many other peoples, the difference is that the Hebrew expects a permanent change before the individual can be respected as they once were in the community. Many other nations celebrate the sociopath and tolerate the liar and the psychopath and then wonder why things are going bad. As examples we have leaders of many of the arabic nations. Whos leaders lie, cheat, steal, starve their own people all the while touting their greatness. We see this same thing in North Korea. This is something that most often is abnormal in Jewish society.
Perhaps God created the process of evolution as a way for life to survive the natural calamities that He knew would come, such as the meteorite impact at Chicxulub in Mexico's Yucatan Penninsula that is thought to have wiped out the dinosaurs 65 million years ago. A remnant of the animals (mammals, birds) apparently did survive and went on to re-populate the earth. This view is consistent with the story of Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 18-19, where a remnant is saved because of God's mercy. (If you want to know why God sent or allowed the Chixculub meteorite in the first place when there was no sin of mankind to destroy, you'll have to ask Him when you get to heaven. I plan to. The same question applies to present-day hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and other natural disasters.) This view asserts that evolution is not God's ideal process for creating life, but instead evolution is God's way of providing for life to survive and thrive in a difficult and dangerous universe. Life on earth has indeed survived for many millions of years despite the worst that satan could throw at it. The universe is good - good enough for us to marvel at along with the Psalmist. But God's ideal arrangement for life is . . . heaven!
FactE: The mass and size of nations around Israel makes it appear as a blotch on the map. Though they spend more on defense than the surrounding nations, those nations whom are anti semetic have much more space, food, and resources than Israel, there are a few exceptions to this, but again, they are few. If Israel truely had designs on world domination, they could and would have already began making large scale incursions and capturing territories outside of their own border. They do not. They happily sit, trade, work, share and communicate from their own tiny little place on the world map, even while being shelled. Even when they do attack back, they go right back home. Instead of capturing territory they instead neutralize the threat and head home. They then wait and hope that it will not start up again. Any nation with designs on world domination must capture territory to gather more resources. The Jews trade for their resources.
I think the problem lies in the confusion of the languages and remains linked in every way. We were and have been kept in that confusion since Babel. If we were to become, like little children and taught like little children, the basic understanding of the Sefat Emet [ True language ], the truth, would be self-evident and set us free from error. The world is still in confusion and will never see the truth of our condition until we can see it through the truth of the WORD itself . We as believers thirst for and thrive as a result of the truth being revealed. It brings Hope to those that recognize it. The Torah was not given as a gift to the chosen to be hidden or kept as a secret possession, nor can the light of it be shared in such a way. If we were to teach the basics of the truth, there would be a revival of the Spirit of it. A quest for the Truth has led me to the Hebrew alphabet and the learning of the basics of the Holy tongue in which the WORD was given and I see the problem most face with trying to learn the message and it is, this lack of understanding of
the basics. We are a people that lack this knowledge of the language and are ever divided by this obstacle no matter how much we believe and Love it. How can the world become ONE, as we were, if not through those that speak the original language of the Crearor and have been in possession of this from the beginning ? It was and is the task of those that read and write the WORD to explain to those that are confused and bring them into the light of understanding to the Glory of the Creator. Until one learns, that, there is only ONE WORD, of the ONE who gave it, we will remain divided , and ever at odds with ourselves on the issue. His people are ever perishing for a lack of Knowledge!
A minor theme is that everyone has their own ?heart of darkness.
I could describe at vitriolic length how disgusted leftwing Jewish friends are that Labour members chose Jeremy Corbyn, despite his support for an Anglican cleric who linked to extremist sites that blamed Jews for 9/11, and his defense of an Islamist who recycled the libel that Jews dined on the blood of Christian children from the bottom of a medieval dung heap.”

He wore nothing but his breeches; he was hot. The dark secret face was laid bare to the light, to my gaze. Estraven asleep looked a little stupid, like everyone else asleep: a round, strong face relaxed and remote, small drops of sweat on the upper lip and over the heavy eyebrows. I remembered how he had stood sweating on the parade-stand in Erhenrang in panoply of rank and sunlight. I saw him now defenseless and half naked in a colder light, and for the first time saw him as he was. [§15]

The growing together continues, and can be said to reach a climax (or anticlimax) when Therem, sharing a small tent with Genly, enters kemmer. This crucial scene is one of the few places in the book where Genly has his own narrative overlap with Therem's, where the same incident is presented from both points of view. Some readers have seen the abstention from physical love-making as a failure of nerve or imagination on Le Guin's part. But in the context this article is trying to establish, Genly's explanation is an important key: "It was from the difference between us, not from the affinities and likenesses, but from the difference, that love came: and it was itself the bridge, the only bridge, across what divided us. For us to meet sexually would be for us to meet once more as aliens. We had touched, in the only way we could touch" (§18). An accurate and sensitive realization of the differences as well as the similarities is central to the "I-Thou" relationship. The reason the hands match, both in Tormer's Lay and in the repeated motif of the tale "Estraven the Traitor," is not because they are identical but because they are different: left hand matches with right, right with left. This need for contrasts within harmony is underscored by Genly's use of the yin-yang symbol and by Estraven's comment: "It's queer that daylight's not enough. We need shadows, in order to walk" (§19).
